Venice Theater Biennale - 20th February to 8th March 2009

The performances of the 40th International Theatre Festival –which will take place in Venice from 20th February through 8th March 2009– complete the two-year project that the Theatre section of the Biennale di Venezia, directed by Maurizio Scaparro, dedicates to the theme of the Mediterranean. The program of the Festival is largely the result of the first part of the Mediterraneo project, the International Theatre Workshop that took place in October and November 2008.
